President - Guido Auen
Re-elected - 2024
After serving in government and international organizations for most of his professional legal career, Guido now divides his time between New York City and East Hampton. While serving as the Treasurer on the Hampton Waters Board of Directors from 2016 – 2021, Guido was responsible for several pivotal initiatives, such as the update of the Associations’ legal framework, the digitalization and streamlining of its accounting practices and a focus on advancing the natural beauty of the community by opening up waterfront properties in close collaboration with the Town of East Hampton. Due to his involvement and the transformative changes he spearheaded, Hampton Waters is now one of the most desirable, financially sound and well managed communities in the area with continuously increasing property values and an array of unique amenities to be enjoyed by its residents. In his new role as President, Guido will continue to provide strategic guidance and oversee several major capital improvement projects that the Association is undertaking under his leadership. One of his most important goals is to inspire and engage new residents and young families who - as the next generation of property owners – will be the backbone and future of Hampton Waters.
Apart from being an active member of several business organizations and charities, Guido enjoys spending time with his family and their Bernese Mountain dogs in East Hampton where you might spot him gardening around his house, which is one of his favorite activities.

Vice President - Antonia Kousoulas, Esq.
Re-elected - 2024
Antonia ("Toni") Kousoulas is a civil rights/employment law attorney, in private practice for over 25 years. She has been a Springy Banks resident since 1997, and a HWPOA's board member since 2018. She is involved in a number of civic and charitable endeavors in the Hamptons and she is an avid supporter of our Hampton Waters community.

Treasurer - Cathleen “Cathy” Callegari
Elected - 2024
Cathy Callegari has lived in Hampton Waters with her husband Al since 2002, splitting her time between East Hampton and New York City. She currently heads up a Public Relations agency working with a wide variety of clients in the corporate, non-profit, government agency, and institutional market segments. She has been supportive of Hampton Waters initiatives over the years and most recently spearheaded a fund-raising campaign to construct the new walkway on Oyster Shores for members to enjoy direct access to the harbor for kayaking, boarding, or just strolling in nature.

Secretary - Patterson Blake Watkins
Re-elected - 2024
Based full time with his wife and daughter in East Hampton, Blake is the owner and founder of his real estate company Watkins Development. In addition to developing single family custom homes on the East End, his company has provided technology consulting services for real estate, construction and hospitality companies for 20 years. Blake understands the crucial elements of real estate development and has a lifetime of exposure to call upon for inspiration in designing and artfully furnishing spaces.
Blake grew up in Texas and New Mexico and spent the better part of his post collegiate years living in New York, Sao Paulo, and Buenos Aires. He has an engineering degree from Texas A&M and enjoys snow skiing, golf, furniture design, and spending time with his family. Blake looks forward to serving on the board of Hampton Waters.

Arthur Beckenstein - Director
Re-elected - 2024
Arthur had a successful career as a graphic designer and art director. He has designed sales promotions, corporate identities, logos, book designs, and publications. He also started his own advertising agency. He has been on and off the HWPOA board for years, and has always had an interest in promoting Hampton Waters, and bringing our neighbors together as a community.

Louis Jonathan Garcia - Director
Re-elected - 2024
Louis has been an active member of Hampton Waters for several years, assisting the board with a multitude of tasks and always volunteering to jump in and help out whenever help was needed. In his professional life, he serves as the President and Principal of Garcia / Maldonado, Inc., a renown and highly reputable Interior Design and Architectural firm in New York City and the Hamptons with many awards and price winning projects under its belt. Having managed a successful company and a demanding high-expectation clientele for many years, Louis is happy to bring his expertise in design, people and business management to the Board. Most recently, Louis helped the Association with the design of the Kayak racks and the development and filing of the Association’s new walkway. He is looking forward to support HWPOA with its ongoing initiatives and projects and is excited to continue helping the Association on the board.

Craig Fleishman - Director
Re-elected - 2024
Craig Fleishman divides his time between Brooklyn and East Hampton, where he can typically be found kayaking on the harbor, or fixing something in his midcentury (i.e. "fixer upper") home on Springwood Lane.
Craig is the General Counsel for MycoWorks, a biotechnology company which grows a luxury leather-like alternative material from mycelium, the root structure of mushrooms. Before joining MycoWorks, Craig worked as a private equity lawyer and law professor, helped build a large consumer fashion business, and has worked directly with Bill Clinton, Oprah Winfrey, and on the 2008 Obama campaign.
Craig lives in the Hampton Waters community with his wife, creative producer Tali Magal, and their twin daughters, Amalia (Mali) and Gabriella (Gigi).
