HWPOA Annual Dues

$200 for house lots      •      $150 for vacant lots

The above dues are newly adopted by the HWPOA, Inc. membership for 2024.  

Annual dues are the only funding source for the association’s operations and pay for:

  • property taxes

  • insurance

  • maintenance of entrances at Oyster Shores Road, Oyster Pond Lane, and Springwoods Lane

  • maintenance of the common areas

  • bulkhead/dock repairs and maintenance 

  • upkeep of new walkway

  • professional fees

  • special projects

  • events

  • unforeseen contingencies

Your annual dues may be paid online by using the PayPal link below or mail your check payment to the Association’s accountant at the following mailing address for processing:

For the convenience of paying with your credit or debit card, PayPal applies a processing fee of 3.49% + $0.49 to each transaction. Hampton Waters Property Owners Association, Inc. does not receive any portion of this fee and will only receive the actual annual membership dues.


Donations

Any funds donated via the below link will be allocated towards special projects such as the HWPOA bulkhead maintenance, the upkeep of our new walkway, kayak racks and other new initiatives. We very much appreciate your continuing support of HWPOA and thank you for your donation!
