SAFETY

• Installation of fire hydrant markers

• 2017 Yard Sale, 2017 Annual Party
• Island Road and Springwood Lane drainage and road paving – we were forgotten! 
• Liaise with SCWA re: water pressure; creation of new water line connection this summer
• Town land purchases leading to more open space and enhanced property values

PEACEFUL ENJOYMENT

• Planting of 1,500 daffodils at street entrances
• Initiation of Springwood Lane reserve cleanup 

COMMUNICATION

• Creation of new informative, interactive user friendly website
• Periodic newsletters and notices to the community 
• Representation at Nature Preserve Committee meetings shaping new management plans 
• Ongoing quick responses to all resident inquiries 

FINANCIAL CONTROLS

• Reconciliation of walkway funds
• Segregation of walkway funds into separate account, requiring two signatures 
• Migration from incomplete paper records to Quick Books 
• Automation of invoicing 
• Best practices re: record keeping, expense reimbursement, payments, letting of contracts 
• Federal and state tax returns required; engagement of local accountant 
• Insurance put out for bid 
• Submission of new bylaws

• Walkway application correctly completed and resubmitted after 7/2014 DEC denial
• Experimental signage lighting 
• Lighting and irrigation research for entrances
